Jacuzzi Hot tubs awards US with the Exceptional Customer Service Award!

We just returned from the Annual International Dealer Conference for Jacuzzi Hot tubs. We were honored with the Customer Service award. Only dealers with the following qualifications received this award. First, the dealership must have a showroom that is well kept and displays Jacuzzi Hot tubs, service on the spas and to the owners must be done with no unresolved issues, with warranty registration on each spa sold, and the technicians must be certified with training that receives an A on the tests, from the Technical training given by the factory.
Only a select few dealers get this award. We have received this award for many years in a row!
The conference was held in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. The Hotel and all the activities were fabulous!! This was really a great place to meet the other dealers, and learn from Jacuzzi about the new products, and hear what other dealers are doing to improve their businesses. The keynote speaker, gave an inspiring presentation on Customer Service. We also were able to attend classes on financing, and marketing.
